Our Vision

Our main vision from the Lord is 2 Chronicles 7 verse 14-15. We are Zimbabweans living and working in UK and we felt the burden to pray for our country. The Lord spoke to us individually and then on the 1st of December 2007 we started an intercessory group and named is "Matilda Intercessory Group". Matilda means mighty in battle. We encouraged the members to seek God a few days before our first meeting and Lynette had a vision of a blanket that covered the land of Matebeland and our Lord Jesus was walking around it. Lynette felt the Lord leading us to repentance over the innocent blood that was shed in that area. We cried out to the Lord and repented on behalf of our people.

"14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place." [2 Chronicles 7 verse 14-15 NKJV].
